Practically most of ablative Gynaec Surgeries like Hysterectomy, Oopharectomy, radical (Wertheim’s) Hysterectomy and fibroid removal (Myomectomies) are routinely done Laparoscopically by dedicated Laparoscopic surgeons. The introduction of electrical and mechanical morselators has made the removed of specimen easier. |
